Fire marshal says 3 found dead in burnt W.Va. barn

ALUM BRIDGE, W.Va. (AP) — The West Virginia fire marshal's office says three people are dead after an overnight barn fire in Lewis County.

Deputy State Fire Marshal Reed Cook says it happened in Alum Bridge sometime between 7:30 p.m. Sunday and 7:30 a.m. Monday.

Cook tells media outlets that authorities don't know the names and ages of the victim, or any details about their deaths yet.

The cause of the fire is also under investigation.
