Body found at Mink Shoals park and ride

MINK SHOALS, W.Va. (AP) — Authorities are trying to identify a body found at the Mink Shoals park and ride off Interstate 79.

Kanawha County sheriff's Capt. Sean Crosier tells media outlets that the man's body was found Monday morning.

Crosier says there aren't any signs of foul play. But police are investigating the death as a homicide.

The body has been sent to the state Medical Examiner's Office.
