BLUEFIELD — PRINCETON – This publication is an attempt to resolve active warrants on file with the Mercer County Sheriff’s Department. Individuals named are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Personal identifiers such as dates and Social Security numbers are on file with the Mercer County Sheriff’s Department to resolve cases of mistaken identity. Individuals named in this publication are urged to call the Mercer County Sheriff’s Department at 304-487-8364. If you have any information about these individuals, contact the Mercer County Sheriff’s Department or your local municipal or state law enforcement agencies.

• Curtis Bailey, 34, of Knippers Circle, Bluefield, is wanted on a shoplifting warrant dated July 13, 2012.

•Kenny Easterday, 38, of Bluefield, is wanted on a capias for destruction of property dated April 29, 2009.

• Charles R. Ellison, 50, of Bluefield Avenue, Princeton, is wanted on a capias for enter without breaking warrant dated June 19, 2012.

• Christopher Jessie Erickson, 29, of Country Girl Road, is wanted on a capias for obstructing a police officer warrant dated May 2, 2011.

• Dyrick Farmer, 43, of Browning Lambert Mountain, Rock, is wanted capias for simple possession/giving false information warrant dated Jan. 20, 2012.

• Jorge Luis Fornes, 26, Old Athens Road, Princeton, is wanted on a capias for driving suspended, dated Oct.14, 2011.

• Drema Lee Fowler, 47, of Oak Park Drive, Bluefield, is wanted on a capias for driving suspended/obstructing, dated Dec. 12, 2011.

• Danny Gibberson Jr., 31, of Glenwood Haven Road, Princeton, is wanted on a capias for violation of a domestic violation petition, dated May 31, 2012.

• Charles Keatley, no age given, of Highland Avenue, Princeton, is wanted on a child support warrant, dated July 24, 2012.

• Donald Mullins, no age given, Lorton Lick Road, Bluefield, is wanted on a violation of a domestic order warrant, dated May 5, 2012.

• Larry Proffitt, no age given, Fairview School Road, Camp Creek, is wanted on a violation of a domestic order warrant, dated July 19, 2012.

• April Rowe, no age given, formerly of Pleasant Valley Mobile Home Park, Princeton, is wanted on a worthless check warrant, dated July 18, 2012.
