BLUEFIELD — This publication is an attempt to resolve active warrants on file with the Mercer County Sheriff’s Department. Individuals named herein are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Personal identifiers such as dates of birth and Social Security numbers are on file with the Mercer County Sheriff’s Department to resolve cases of mistaken identity. Individuals named in this publication are urged to call the Mercer County Sheriff’s Department at 304-487-8364. • Randall Anderson, 40, Old Oakvale Road, Princeton is wanted on a capias, fraudulent schemes warrant, dated Feb. 3, 2011.

• Curtis Ray Bailey Jr., 33, Knipper Circle, Bluefield, is wanted on a shoplifting warrant dated July 13, 2012.

• Michael E. Byrd, age unknown, Rainbow Road, Princeton, is wanted on a worthless check, two counts warrant, dated Aug. 7, 2012.

• Joshua Caldwell, 29, Belchers Mobile Hope Park, is wanted on a fleeing police/obstructing warrant, dated Aug. 13, 2012.

• Shelva Christina Conley, age unknown, Frederick Street, Bluefield is wanted on a grand larceny, McDowell County warrant, dated Aug. 9, 2012.

• Whitley D. Clevinger, 23, North Tazewell, Va., is wanted on a possession of beer in a state park warrant, dated May 26, 2012.

• Robert Garris, 35, Route 1, Bramwell, is wanted on a capias, petit larceny and obstructing warrant, dated Aug. 13, 2012.

• Eugene Hoston Jr., 25, Borage Avenue, Princeton, is wanted on a burglary and domestic battery warrant, dated Aug. 6, 2012.

• Randy Keen, 22, Old Bluefield Road, Princeton, is wanted on a capias, violation of domestic order warrant, dated Aug. 14, 2012.

• Jimmy D. Mills, 27, Kannapolis, N.C., is wanted on an illegal dumping in a state park warrant, dated May 31, 2012.

• Andrew Lee Prichard, 21, 312 East Second St., Princeton, is wanted on a domestic assault and battery warrant, dated,\ July 31, 2012.

• Billy Ray Scott, 26, Route 5, Bluefield is wanted on a grand larceny, McDowell County warrant, dated Aug. 9, 2012.
