BLUEFIELD — This publication is an attempt to resolve active warrants on file with the Mercer County Sheriff’s Department. Individuals named herein are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Personal identifiers such as dates of birth and Social Security numbers are on file with the Mercer County Sheriff’s Department to resolve cases of mistaken identity. Individuals named in this publication are urged to call the Mercer County Sheriff’s Department at 304-487-8364. Joshua Wayne Caldwell, 29, of Christie Avenue, Princeton, is wanted on a felony false pretense, Tazewell, Va. warrant dated Sept. 14, 2012.

Todd Cottingham, age unavailable, of Bluefield, Va., is wanted on a worthless check warrant dated Oct. 3, 2012.

Charles Dickason Jr., age unavailable, of Jones Street, Bluefield, is wanted on a child support warrant dated Feb. 16, 2011.

Nathaniel Hoge, age unavailable, of Coal Heritage Road, Bluefield, is wanted on a driving suspended, Tazewell, Va. warrant dated Aug. 8, 2012.

Mac Hughes, age unavailable, of Lorton Lick, is wanted on a Magistrate Court capias, driving revoked, etc., warrant dated May 31, 2012.

Eric Kidd, 41, of Falls Mills Road, Bluefield, is wanted on a driving suspended, third offense, Tazewell, Va. warrant dated July 11, 2012.

Jason Kirby, age unavailable, of Bluefield, is wanted on a child support warrant dated Dec. 15, 2011.

Benjamin Neal, age unavailable, of Bluefield Avenue, Bluefield, is wanted on a child support warrant dated Sept. 18, 2012.

Rebecca Tait, age unavailable, formerly of Narrows, Va., is wanted on a worthless check warrant dated July 26, 2012.

Danielle L. Welch, age unavailable, of Marion Street, Princeton, is wanted on a driving without insurance warrant dated July 17, 2012.
