RICHMOND, Va. (AP) — More than 131,000 electricity customers in Virginia don't have any power as a result of Superstorm Sandy.
Most of the outages are in northern Virginia. Dominion Virginia Power reports about 105,000 of its 112,635 outages are in northern Virginia.
Appalachian Power is reporting about 19,600 outages, mainly in southwest Virginia.
