Va. 2nd-grader brings handgun to school

HENRICO, Va. — Henrico County police say a second-grader brought a handgun to an elementary school.

Media outlets report that Ratcliffe Elementary School officials notified police after they learned about the gun Monday morning.

Police say there were no injuries.

No other details were immediately available. The investigation is continuing.
