FREDERICKSBURG, Va. —
Caroline County police say a licensed therapist has been charged with sexual contact involving a juvenile patient.
Sheriff Tony Lippa tells The Free Lance-Star that 67-year-old Scott Gordon Henry was arrested Monday on charges of aggravated sexual battery.
Henry is a therapist with the Rappahannock Area Community Services Board.
Lippa says a conversation between a guardian and the girl led the guardian to contact police. The guardian indicated the alleged offense occurred between 2003 and 2004 when the victim was 6.
Henry is being held at the Pamunkey Regional Jail without bond. Jail records didn’t indicate whether the Richmond resident had an attorney.
