BREAKING AND ENTERING: Officers received reports of a breaking and entering on Lewis Street at 3:45 p.m. Officers advised complainants of their options and have a report pending a response from the victim.

ASSAULT: Officers received reports of an assault on Monroe Street at 9:40 p.m. Officers advised complainants of their options and had the intoxicated male transported from the scene to the hospital via ambulance.
NOISE DISTURBANCE: Officers received reports of a noise disturbance on Tazewell Avenue at 11:54 p.m. Officers advised complainants of their options.

HIT AND RUN: Officers received reports of a hit and run to a person on Hill Avenue at 12:58 a.m. Officers filed a crash report.
THEFT: Officers received reports of a theft on Cherry Street at 8:01 a.m. Officers filed an offense report.
LEAVING THE SCENE: Officers received reports of a vehicle leaving the scene of an accident on Big Laurel Highway/U.S. Route 460 at 9:01 a.m. Officers filed a crash report.
THEFT: Officers received reports of a theft on East Cumberland Road at 12:59 p.m. Officers reported the vehicle was returned to its owner and advised the complainants of their options.
COUNTERFEIT: Officers received reports of counterfeit on Bluefield Avenue at 3:40 a.m. Officers filed an offense report.
MOTOR VEHICLE ACCIDENT WITH INJURIES: Officers received reports of a motor vehicle accident with injuries on Chestnut Street at 5:56 p.m. Officers filed a complainant report.
MOTOR VEHICLE ACCIDENT: Officers received reports of a motor vehicle accident with no injuries on Fairfax Street at 10:30 p.m. Officers filed a complaint report.
DISTURBANCE: Officers received reports of a disturbance on Ramsey Street at 10:28 p.m. Officers advised complainants of their options.

FOUR WHEELERS: Officers received reports of four wheelers on Carey Street at 9:42 a.m. Officers advised complainants of their options and reported the juveniles were not riding on four wheelers.
MOTOR VEHICLE ACCIDENT: Officers received reports of a motor vehicle accident with no injuries on Reese Street at 3:41 p.m. Officers advised complainants of their options and reported only one vehicle was involved.
SHOPLIFTER: Officers received reports of a shoplifter on East Cumberland Road at 5:15 p.m. Officers advised complainants of their options.
UNDERAGE DRINKING: Officers received reports of underage drinking on Whitethorn Street Extension at 9:24 p.m. Officers reported there were no intoxicated juveniles at the residence and advised the complainant of their options.
MOTOR VEHICLE ACCIDENT: Officers received reports of a motor vehicle accident with no injuries on College Avenue at 11:45 p.m. Officers filed a crash report.
FEB. 4
PURSUIT: Officers received reports of a pursuit on Bland Street at 5:58 a.m. Officers filed an offense report and arrested one male subject.
BREAKING AND ENTERING: Officers received reports of a breaking and entering on College Avenue at 1:38 a.m. and again at 2:26 p.m. Officers advised complainants there was no one inside the apartment on both occasions.
BREAKING AND ENTERING: Officers received reports of a breaking and entering on Fourth Street at 2:22 p.m. Officers filed an offense report.
THEFT: Officers received reports of a theft on Franklin Street at 3:18 p.m. Officers advised complainants of their options and have a report pending.

CHILD ABUSE: Officers received reports of child abuse on Frederick Street at 5:34 p.m. Officers reported the parents were looking at the house with a realtor and advised complainants of their options.
