THEFT: Officers received reports of theft on Penmar Avenue at 2:37 p.m. Officers reported the money was returned and advised complainants of their options.

SUSPICIOUS PERSON: Officers received reports of a suspicious person on East Cumberland Road at 6:52 a.m. Officers reported the person was transported to Bluefield Regional Medical Center by the Bluefield Rescue Squad.
DISTURBANCE: Officers received reports of a disturbance on Highland Avenue at 9:14 a.m. Officers advised complainants of their options and allowed the subjects to retrieve their property.
SUSPICIOUS VEHICLE: Officers received reports of a suspicious vehicle on East Cumberland Road at 9:53 a.m. Officers reported the male subject in the vehicle had pulled over to take a nap.
ANIMAL CRUELTY: Officers received reports of cruelty to animals on Johnson Street at 11:34 a.m. Animal Control Officer Randall Thompson issued a warning for no shots or tags and filed an animal control report.
MOTOR VEHICLE COLLISION: Officers received reports of a motor vehicle collision with injuries on Frederick Street at 10:55 p.m. Officers filed a crash report.
