Dec. 7
DESTRUCTION OF PROPERTY; PETIT LARCENY: A complainant located at the intersection of Spanishburg-Athens Road and Cornbread Ridge Road reported that her car had been broken into and items were missing from the vehicle.
STOLEN LICENSE PLATE; PETIT LARCENY: A complainant staying at the Hampton Inn located on Ambrose Lane reported that the license plate of her vehicle had been stolen.
BURGLARY; DESTRUCTION OF PROPERTY: A male and female subject reported hearing a loud noise at their residence in Oakland Terrace. Upon their investigation, they found the basement door had been forced open and destroyed. An item was found missing from the residence.
Dec. 8
DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE: Dep. H.L. Walters responded to a gas station located along Rt. 19 in reference to a motor vehicle accident. Upon arrival, the officer located the driver of the only car involved talking to EMS personnel. The officer observed the female to be unsteady on her feet and her speech slurred. The female allegedly stated that she had been at a friend's house drinking. The officer noted an odor of alcohol on the female's breath. The female allegedly failed one field sobriety test and refused the other two. The officer arrested and transported the female for testing; which resulted in a BAC of 0.214. Lisa York, 44, of Princeton, was arrested.
Dec. 9
DOMESTIC ASSAULT: Dep. D.A. Furches and E.P. Parks responded to Rocky Branch Road in reference to a domestic situation that had already occurred. The victim advised that her home had been "tore up" by her live-in boyfriend. The male subject advised that he had not damaged the home. The deputies located damage to one of the doors of the residence. The victim also advised that she had been physically abused but had not reported it and that she did not want to press charges but wanted the male to leave. The victim, after the officers explained the process of a domestic violence petition, stated that she did want to file one. After the victim filed the officers transported the male subject to Princeton Community Hospital for detox treatment.
Dec. 10
BURGLARY; GRAND LARCENY: A male subject reported that his home on Old Athens Road had been broken into with several items being stolen.
Dec. 11
BATTERY-DOMESTIC: Alisa Tincher was arrested on a warrant.
