NOISE DISTURBANCE: Officers received reports of a noise disturbance on Princeton Avenue at 12:09 a.m. Officers reported there was no disturbance upon their arrival.

BREAKING AND ENTERING: Officers received reports of a breaking and entering on Tulip Street at 7:24 a.m. Officers filed an offense report.

THEFT: Officers received reports of a theft on Jefferson Street at 10:25 a.m. Officers have an offense report pending.

THEFT: Officers received reports of a theft on Federal Street at 12:32 p.m. Officers have an offense report pending.

MOTOR VEHICLE ACCIDENT: Officers received reports of a motor vehicle accident with no injuries on Coal Heritage Road/U.S. Route 52. Officers filed a complaint report.

UNWANTED PERSON: Officers received reports of an unwanted person on Pearl Street at 1:11 p.m. Officers advised complainants of their options.

DOG BITE: Officers received reports of a  dog bite on East River Avenue at 4:19 p.m. Animal Control Officer Randall Thompson filed an animal control report and will do a follow-up.

SUSPICIOUS PERSON: Officers received reports of a suspicious person on Lebanon Street at 6:37 p.m. No further information was logged.

LEAVING THE SCENE: Officers received reports of a vehicle leaving the scene of an accident on Princeton Avenue at 7:40 p.m. Officers filed a crash report.

DISTURBANCE: Officers received reports of a disturbance on Hill Avenue at 9:15 p.m. Officers advised complainants of their options.



DEC. 6

DISPUTE: Officers received reports of a dispute between a landlord and tenant on Park Street at 12:06 a.m. Officers advised complainants of their options.

THEFT: Officers received reports of a theft from a vehicle on Alder Street at 12:01 a.m. Officers filed an offense report.

THEFT: Officers received reports of a theft on Southview Drive at 12:40 p.m. Officers filed an offense report.

DISTURBANCE: Officers received reports of a disturbance on Ablemarle Street at 4:13 p.m.  Officers advised complainants of their options and asked the juveniles to go home.

DISTURBANCE: Officers received reports of a disturbance on Union Street at 5:19 p.m. and again at 6:19 p.m. Officers first advised complainants of their options then arrested one male subject and filed an offense report.
