BLUEFIELD POLICE DEPARTMENT



JULY 12

STOLEN COMPUTER:  A male complainant reported a computer had been stolen from 117 Cedar Street at 1:06 p.m. Patrolman J.W. Murray, Jr. filed a report.

BREAKING AND ENTERING: Mercer County 911 received reports of a breaking and entering in progress at 517 West Cumberland Road at 1:06 p.m. Patrolman A.L. Crook and Patrolman J.W. Murray, Jr. responded and filed a report.

MOTOR VEHICLE INJURY: Mercer County 911 received reports of a motor vehicle collision with  injury at 3:15 p.m. at the intersection of Washington Street and 460. Patrolman J.W. Murray, Jr. and Patrolman A.L. Crook responded and filed a report.

STOLEN TRACTOR: A male complainant reported a tractor had been stolen from the intersection of 460 and Maryland Avenue at 5:30 p.m. Patrolman J.A. Begley filed a report.

SHOTS FIRED: Patrolman J.W. Murray, Jr. and Patrolman J.A. Begley reported shots fired on Washington  Street at 6:52 p.m. The shots fired led to a vehicle crash. One male subject was arrested.

JULY 13

BUS CRASH: Mercer County 911 received reports of a bus crashing into a light pole on Federal Street at 4:07 a.m. Patrolman S.N. Ballard filed a crash report.
