LOUD MUSIC: Officers received reports of loud music on Union Street at 12:08 a.m. Officers advised complainants of their options and reported the individuals agreed to keep their noise level down.
THEFT: Officers received reports of a theft on Locust Street at 7:56 a.m. Officers advised complainants of their options.
MOTOR VEHICLE ACCIDENT: Officers received reports of a motor vehicle accident with no injuries on Bluefield Avenue at 12:37 p.m. Officers filed a crash complaint report.
ANIMAL CRUELTY: Officers received reports of cruelty to animals on Augusta Street at 1:04 p.m. Animal Control Officer Randall Thompson filed an animal control report, seized one animal and transported it to the Mercer County Animal Shelter.
ILLEGAL PARKING: Officers received reports of an illegally parked vehicle on Whitethorn Street at 1:49 p.m. Officers filed a towed vehicle report and had the vehicle towed.
THEFT: Officers received reports of a theft on Greenbrier Street at 2:29 p.m. Officers advised complainants of their options and reported nothing was stolen from the vehicle.
MOTOR VEHICLE ACCIDENT: Officers received reports of a motor vehicle accident with no injuries on College Avenue at 4:51 p.m. Officers filed a crash complaint report.
DISTURBANCE: Officers received reports of a disturbance on Federal Street at 5:13 p.m. Officers reported a female had dropped more money than she intended into the bus fare box and wanted it back. Officers had the money retrieved.
BARKING DOG: Officers received reports of a barking dog on Vineyard Street at 12:05 p.m. Officers advised complainants of their options.

DISTURBANCE: Officers received reports of a disturbance on Reservoir Street at 12:09 a.m. Officers filed an offense report and arrested one male subject.
THEFT: Officers received reports of a theft on Locust Street at 2:33 p.m. Officers filed an offense report.
DISTURBANCE: Officers received reports of a disturbance at 6:15 p.m. Officers reported it was a dispute between a landlord and a tenant and advised complainants of their options.
