BLUEFIELD —
Margaret Louise Swim, 87 of the Mercer Nursing and Rehab Center, Bluefield, formerly of Wiley Street, Princeton, died Saturday morning, March 2, 2013 at her residence.
Born in Princeton on September 2, 1925; she was the daughter of the late Roy Houston Swim and Zelma Jarrell Swim.
She was a member of the Kee Street United Methodist Church in Princeton.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Mildred Poston.
She is survived by one sister, Gertrude Stratton of DeLand, Florida; nephew, Dennis Perry of Thomson, Georgia.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, March 7, 2013 from the Burns Wornal Chapel of the Memorial Funeral Directory on the Athens Road in Princeton with the Reverend Meredith Gudger-Raines officiating. Interment will follow in Roselawn Memorial Gardens, Princeton.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 10:00 a.m. until the service hour.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society, 921 West Neville Street, Beckley, WV 25801.
The Swim family is being served by the Memorial Funeral Directory Cremation Center on Athens Road in Princeton.
