DUBLIN, Va. —
Loving husband, father, grandfather, friend, Jimmie D. Mullins, of Dublin, Va., formerly of Bradshaw, passed away Monday, Jan. 14, 2013. Born Jan. 26, 1938, he was the son of the late Sam and Liz Rutter Mullins.
Jimmie enjoyed gardening, coon-hunting, playing poker and solitaire.
Jimmie had attended the Miracle Deliverance Center in Princeton.
Those left to cherish his memory include his wife, Dakery P. Mullins of Dublin, Va.; sons, Bobby Mullins and wife Laurissa of Dublin, Va., and Jackie Ray Mullins and wife Mary of War; grandchildren, Matthew Mullins of Pulaski, Va., Allyson Mullins of Dublin, Va., Chaz Mullins of Dublin, Va., and Jessie Ray Payne of Charleston; brothers, John Mullins of Fla. and Mack Mullins and wife Jean of Raysale; twin sister, Frankie Lee Cook of Bradshaw; nephews, Sammy Mullins and wife Mary of Grundy, Va., Billy Joe of Bradshaw, and Darrell Mullins; niece, Sara Ann “Sissy” Hamilton and husband Randy of Bristol, Tenn.; and a host of friends and extended family.
Graveside services will be held at noon today (Saturday), Jan. 19, 2013 at Grandview Memory Gardens, Bluefield, Va.
