CANTON, Ga —
Robert “Bob” Murphy, 75, of Canton, Ga., passed away March 17, 2013 at his residence.
Funeral services are scheduled for 5:00 p.m. Thursday, March 21, 2013 from the Chapel of the Darby Funeral Home Chapel in Canton, Ga. with the Rev. Charles Davis officiating. Interment will follow in the Cherokee Memorial Park. The family will receive friends Wednesday 5 p.m.–7 p.m.
Survivors are his wife, Susan Murphy, Canton, Ga.; daughters and sons-in-law, Carolyn and Michael Twining, Middleburg, Fla. and Katie and Christopher Breedlove, Locus Grove, Ga.; grandson, Turner Barrington Breedlove, Locus Grove, Ga.; sisters and brother-in-law, Kay Murphy, Silver Springs, Md., Barbara and Ron Winter, Elizabethton, Tenn.; brother, Swanson Allen, Calabash, N.C.
He was predeceased by his sister, Elizabeth Murphy Allen.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Heart Association or Hospice Atlanta.
