RICHLANDS, Va. —
Dixie S. Wolf, age 79, of Richlands, Virginia, passed away Friday, November 16, 2012. Born April 2, 1933 in Bastian, Virginia, she was the daughter of the late Luther C. and Rosa Taylor Stump.
She was a graduate of Richlands High School Class of 1950 and was a former employee of both Roydon’s Clothing and Cury’s Clothing Stores. She retired from Richlands Post Office in 1992 with 32 years of service.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by an infant son, Randall Earl Mullins and a brother, Vernon Bruce Stump.
Surviving are two sisters, Carrie Burns of Sandusky, Ohio and Shirley Peele and husband Cliff of Mt. Washington, Ky. Also, several nieces and nephews and a special caring friend, Vickie England.
Graveside services will be conducted today (Sunday), November 18, 2012 at 2 p.m. at Greenhills Memory Gardens Mausoleum with the Rev. J.C. Johnson officiating.
Friends may call at the Greenhills Mausoleum after 1:30 p.m. today (Sunday).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Steelsburg United Methodist Church, PO Box 479, Cedar Bluff, VA 24609.
