FLAT TOP — On Sunday, March 3rd, 2013, our most loved, Felicia Louise Sturgill passed from this life at her home in Flat Top. She was only 13 years of age.
Born on Feb. 4th, 2000, in Beckley, Felicia attended PikeView Middle School.
She leaves to cherish her memory her mother, Christina Sturgill, of Beckley; her father, Edward J. Roberts, of Beaver; her stepfather, James H. Lilly, of Beckley; her grandmother, Anna Sturgill, of Flat Top’ her grandfather, Terry Meadows, of Flat Top; her great-grandmother, Ilene Miller, of Flat Top and her aunt, Jessica Parson of Camp Creek; her brothers and sisters include, Jacob and Isaac Brown and Persephone Lilly, all of Beckley; a large extended family also survives in the surrounding area.
On Friday, March 8th at 1:00 p.m. there will be a “Service of Remembrance” at the Melton Mortuary Chapel, 1200 Harper Road, Beckley. Pastor Richard Chester will be officiating. The family will receive friends from 11:00 a.m. until the service hour. Felicia will be laid to rest in the Garden of the Angels at the Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens at Prosperity. Family members and friends will serve as pallbearers.
