DELBARTON —
Macie Lorraine Fields, 78, of Rt. 2 Box 146, Delbarton, W.Va., passed away Wednesday, March 6, 2013 at the Loving Hands Nursing Home in Bluefield.
Born March 1, 1935 in Abbs Valley, Va., she was a daughter of the late Everett and Ruth Davis Harman. Mrs. Fields had lived in Delbarton the last 23 years, was of the Christian faith and a devoted homemaker.
In addition to parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Lonnie Henry Ferguson; second husband, Howard Harrison Fields; four brothers, Charles Harman, John Harman, Robert Harman, Gary Harman; two sisters, Marion Eldridge, Marie Scott; and a grandson, Eric Hunt.
Survivors include her companion, Anthony Musolin of Delbarton, W.Va.; three sons, Lonnie Michael Ferguson and wife Linda of Bluefield, David Lawrence Ferguson of Princeton, and Roy Damon Ferguson of Colorado; three daughters, Duffy Gail Hunt and husband Michael of Gary, W.Va., Iris Jane Ferguson of Pennsylvania, Pearl Jeannie Lambert of High Point, N.C.; brothers, Larry Harman and wife Betty of Princeton, Drexel Harman and Jeanette of Roanoke, Claude Harman of Princeton, and Everette Harman and wife Annie Ruth of Gardendale, Ala.; two sisters, Joyce Brock of Princeton, W.Va., Nellie Breeden of Vinton, Va.; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
Funeral services for Mrs. Fields will be conducted Monday, March 11, 2013 at 1:00 p.m. at the Cravens-Shires Funeral Home Chapel with Minister Jonathan Goss officiating. Burial will follow at Woodlawn Memorial Park Cemetery located in Bluewell. Friends may call at the Cravens-Shires Funeral Home from 11:00 a.m. until service time.
