BISHOP, Va. —
Michael Thomas Eastridge, age 50, of Bishop, Va., went to be with the Lord Friday, Nov. 2, 2012. Born April 1, 1962 at Tazewell, Va., he was a son of Martha Eastridge Hileman of Tazewell, Va. and the late Luther Clarence Eastridge Sr. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Woods Eastridge; father and mother-in-law, William Elmer Woods Sr. and Betty Sue Woods.
He is survived by one son, Michael Eastridge and wife, Ashley of Tazewell, Va.; five daughters, Linda Smith and husband, Shawn of Roanoke, Va., Leigh Ann Hazelwood and husband, Charles of Tazewell, Va., Stephanie Osborne and husband, Tommy of Tazewell, Va., Jamie Eastridge and Amanda Eastridge, both of the home; one sister, Brenda Asbury and husband, Greever of Tazewell, Va., three brothers, Joe Eastridge and wife, Nancy of Tazewell, Va., and Luther Eastridge Jr. and wife, Stella of Tip Top, Va., and Jerry Eastridge and wife, Vicki of Pennsylvania; nine grandchildren; and many other family and friends.
Funeral services will be conducted at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 6, 2012 at Peery & St.Clair Funeral Home Chapel in Tazewell, Va. with the Reverend Wade Quesenberry officiating. Burial will follow at Grandview Memory Gardens in Bluefield, Va. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home after 9 a.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 6, 2012.
