PRINCETON —
Buster Bill Hodges, 56, of Princeton, died Wednesday, October 31, 2012. Born November 23, 1955, he was the son of the late Bonnie and Irene Hodges.
He was a former coal miner and former employee in the Maintenance Department at Princeton Community Hospital. He was of the Protestant faith and enjoyed fishing.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two sisters, Edna King and Della Hodges and one brother, James Hodges.
He is survived by his son, Joshua Hodges and wife Erica of Honaker, Va.; one daughter, Eva Grose of Bridgeport, W.Va.; two brothers, Lawrence Hodges and wife Melinda and Johnny Hodges and wife Debbie, all of Princeton; two sisters, Faye Bailey and husband Herman of Montcalm and Effie Cardwell and husband Paul of Rock; two granddaughters, Cheyanne Grose and Aliyah Linkous; and a host of nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, November 3, 2012 at Princeton Praise and Worship Center, 501 Thorn Street, Princeton with Pastor Cecil Shrader officiating. Honoring Mr. Hodges’ request, his body has been cremated. The family may be contacted at 304-425-2856.
