PRINCETON —
Roger Dale Farmer, 59, of Princeton, died Tuesday, October 30, 2012 at his home. Born March 24, 1953 at Princeton, he was the son of the late Emmett W. “Pete” Farmer and Dorothy J. Pennington Farmer.
He had been an employee of N & S Railroad for 29 years. He was a loving husband, father, brother and friend to all who knew him.
Survivors include his wife of 38 years, Debbie Christian Farmer; two sons, Roger A. Farmer of Princeton and Jesse Lee Farmer of Tuscon, Ariz.; one brother, Emmett Farmer and wife Brenda of Dublin, Va.; and one sister, Thelma Formato and husband Pete of Princeton.
There will be no funeral service. Friends may visit at Bailey-Kirk Funeral Home in Princeton on Saturday, November 3, 2012 from 2:00-3:00 p.m. Honoring his wishes the body will be cremated following the visitation.
