TAZEWELL, Va. —
Chase Carter Robins, 24, of Tazewell, Va., passed away on Sunday, November 18, 2012. Born November 3, 1988 in Richlands, Va., he was the son of Leasa Carter Sorrell of Tazewell, Va. and the late Tommy G. Robins.
In addition to his father, Chase was preceded in death by his uncle, Scott Carter; his cousin, Anthony Carter; his grandfather, Edward Morand; and best friend, Josh Tessmer.
Chase is survived by his mother, Leasa Carter Sorrell of Tazewell, Va.; his sister, Brooke Robins Davis and husband, Michael and two nephews, Alex and Zachary all of Abingdon, Va.; his maternal grandparents, Carol Penland Morand of Tannersville, Va. and Don and Pat Carter of Tazewell, Va.; his aunt and uncle, Pam and Wilbur Roberts of Tazewell, Va.; his uncle, Jeff Carter of Tannersville, Va. and aunt, Valorie Harless of Johnson City, Tenn.; his cousins include: Travis Roberts, Jeremy Roberts, Dustin Roberts, Dewayne Carter, Courtney Carter Bowman, Zoe Johnson, and EJ Jones.
Chase's family will be holding a private memorial service.
The family requests memorial donations be directed to Destiny Outreach Ministries, c/o Celebrate Recovery Program, 106 Ireson Road, North Tazewell, VA 24630.
