FALLS MILLS, Va. —
Mary Lucy McCracken Heldreth, 92, of Falls Mills, Va., died Sunday, Nov. 11, 2012 at her daughter's home. She was born in Bluefield, Va. to Virginia McCracken. She was of the Baptist faith and a homemaker.
She is preceded in death by her husband of 61 years, Allen Clifford Heldreth; son, Daniel Ray Heldreth; and two granddaughters, Michelle Heldreth and Valerie Bishop; and brother, William Kinser.
Survivors include daughters, Melba Williams of Hillsville, Va., Rita Bishop and husband, Phillip, of Falls Mills, Va.; sons, Bill Heldreth and wife, Carla, of Bland, Va., Bobby Heldreth and wife, Linda, of Rock, W.Va., Teddy Heldreth and wife, Doris, of Titusville, Fla., Tommy Heldreth of Mims, Fla., Jimmy Heldreth and wife, Emma, of Scottsmoor, Fla.; 18 grandchildren; and 21 great-grandchildren; and 10 great-great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Friday, Nov. 16, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. at the Dudley Memorial Chapel in Bluefield, Va. with the Rev. David Kirby officiating. Burial will follow in the Grandview Memory Gardens. Pallbearers will be grandsons and great-grandsons. Friends may visit with the family today from 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
