PETERSTOWN —
Shirley Ann Robertson, age 76, of Peterstown, W.Va., passed away, Saturday, November 24, 2012 at Princeton Community Hospital, Princeton, W.Va. Born April 29, 1936 at Peterstown, W.Va., she was the daughter of the late Emmett William and Elsie R. Chisenhall Wilson.
Shirley was a member of the Seneca Trail Church of Christ. She had retired from the Monroe County Board of Education as a cook mainly at Peterstown Elementary School.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 52 years, Kenneth R. “Bucky” Robertson and one son, Raymond “Randy” Robertson.
Survivors include one daughter, Mary Ann Booth and husband Chris of Peterstown, W.Va.; one sister, Eloise Baumgardner of Vinton, Va.; three grandchildren, Adam Mann of Peterstown, W.Va., Kayla Mann Brown and husband Anthony of Princeton, W.Va., and Andrea Robertson.
Graveside Services will be 11:00 a.m., Monday, November 26, 2012 at the McDonald-Wilson Cemetery, Green Valley Road, Peterstown, W.Va. with Minister Henry Conley officiating. Those wishing to attend the services are asked to meet at the Broyles-Shrewsbury Funeral Home, Peterstown, W.Va. by 10:30 a.m.
