BLUEFIELD —
Timothy “Tim” Wayne Cochran, age 46, of Bluefield, died Sunday, Jan. 27, 2013 at his home. He was born Jan. 6, 1967 at Bluefield, and was a son of the late Walter F. and Pearl E. Bibbs Cochran.
Tim was a person with a compassionate heart and this was evident by the care he gave to the elderly in his neighborhood. He will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved him.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one sister, Linda L. Cochran; and one brother, James Thomas Cochran.
Those left to cherish his memories include his sister, Brenda Frazier and husband John of Bluefield, Va.; two special aunts, Ruth Christian of Bluefield, Va. and Cynthia L. Johnson of Salem, Va.; special friend and pet, Cat; many cousins and friends also survive.
Funeral services for Timothy “Tim” Wayne Cochran will be conducted at 2 p.m. today (Thursday), Jan. 31, 2013 at the Hurst - Scott Funeral Home in Tazewell, Va. with the Rev. James Mooney officiating. Burial will follow at Grandview Memory Gardens in Bluefield, Va. Friends and family will serve as pallbearers.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home after noon Thursday, January 31, 2013.
