PRINCETON —
Fannie Ellen Muncy Webb, 60, of Princeton, W.Va., formerly of Jolo, died Sunday, January 6, 2013 at her residence in Princeton, W.Va.
Fannie was born June 16, 1952 in Iaeger, W.Va., a daughter of the late Anderson and Virginia Francis “Tootsie” Cooper Muncy. She worked as a waitress and was of the Pentecostal faith.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one son, Freddie Ray Muncy, and one sister, Judy Lynn Muncy.
Survivors include two sons, Kenneth Ray Brown and wife Michelle of #2 Yukon, and Steven Nicholas Wimmer and wife Angie of Princeton, W.Va.; five sisters, Mary Lou Stacy of Flat Rock, Ala., Sue Little and husband Pete of Stevenson Ala., Polly Coleman and husband Howard of Piney Flats, Tenn., Teresa Rowe and husband Kenneth of Rockridge, and Cauline ”Peegie” Roberts and husband Curt of Stevenson, Ala.; three brothers, Ellis “Sonny” Muncy and wife Becky of Galax, Va., Tommy Muncy and wife Ruby of Thomasville, N.C., and Teddy Muncy and wife Brenda of Watauga, Tenn.; one granddaughter, Amber Brown of Princeton; and three grandsons, Nick Wimmer of Princeton, Austin Brown of Bluefield, Va., and Samuel Stamper of #2 Yukon; and several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
Funeral services will be conducted Thursday, January 10, 2013, at 12 noon, with the Reverend Charley Kennedy and the Reverend Thurman Chapman officiating at the Family Worship Center in Jolo, W.Va. Burial will follow in the Cooper Cemetery on Stateline Ridge near Paynesville, W.Va. Serving as pallbearers will be family and friends.
Friends may visit with the family at the Family Worship Center in Jolo, Wednesday evening, January 9, 2013, after 6 p.m.
