Vicky Lynn Bennett
PRINCETON — Vicky Lynn Bennett, 55, of Princeton died Wednesday, March 20, 2013 at Princeton Community Hospital.
Born July 21, 1957 in Chicago, Ill., she was the daughter of the late Arthur F. Fitzwater and Mildred R. Thompson Fitzwater. Vicky was a retired Nursing Supervisor at Princeton Community Hospital with twenty five years service.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her faithful canine companion of fifteen years, Chappy (her Yorkie).
Survivors include one son, David Cowan Jr., of Durham, N.C.; one grandson, Dylan Cowan; and one half sister, Mildred Thompson and husband Raymond, of Danville, W.Va.
In keeping with Vicky's wishes, her body has been cremated. A time of sharing with family and friends will be held on Saturday, March 23, 2013 from 3:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. at Seaver Funeral Home in Princeton.
