VIENNA, Va —
Everett “Ev” M. Callaway, age 64, of Vienna, Va., died on December 14, 2012 at INOVA Fairfax Hospital Center. He was born on August 15, 1948 to the late Murray Richard and Ellen Gregory Dunn Callaway, who raised him in Bluefield, Va. Everett was a 1971 graduate of Virginia Tech and a drummer in the Highty Tighty Regimental Band. He was also a proud local business owner in Vienna.
Everett was the beloved husband of Jan Callaway for 42 years, loving and devoted father of Jeffrey Barnes Callaway of Vienna, Va. and Julia Lauren Poorshaghaghi and her husband Payman of Vienna, Va., brother of The Rev. Canon Richard Henry Callaway of Douglasville, Ga. and Ellen Davis Miller of Bluefield, W.Va., proud grandfather of Arya Charlotte.
The family received friends on Saturday, December 22nd from 2-4 p.m. at Money and King Funeral Home, 171 West Maple Avenue, Vienna, Va. A Memorial Service will be held on January 5th at 11 a.m. at Holy Comforter Episcopal Church, 543 Beulah Road, NE, Vienna, VA 22180.
