RURAL RETREAT, Va. —
The Eagles of Ballard Christian School used a dominant first half to withstand eight three-point goals from Alon Jones of their hosts and take an 86-72 win on Monday evening.
Four players for Ballard Christian (8-5) scored in double figures — Josh Deskins with 29 points, Chris Prunesti with 13, and Gage and Blake Bowles, who each netted 12.
The Eagles host Mercer Christian Academy on Thursday.
