ROANOKE, Va. — Local runner Nick Whited was a winner in his age group at the Frozen Toe Trail 10K run on Saturday morning in Roanoke, Va.
Whited, a resident of Bluefield, Va., finished third overall in a field of 232 runners with a time of 38:48.
