PITTSBURGH — Korinne Campbell scored 17 points and pulled down 16 rebounds to lead West Virginia to a 73-52 win over Duquesne on Tuesday night.
Liz Repella added 17 points and Asya Bussie tossed in 11 and blocked four shots for the Mountaineers. Sarah Miles dished out eight assists.
West Virginia (3-1) will play Iowa in the Nugget Classic in Reno, Nev. on Friday.
Ohio 63, Marshall 48
ATHENS, Ohio — Tynikki Crook dropped in 18 points , however, Ohio University sank 11 three-pointers on its way to a win over the Thundering Herd.
The Herd returns to action on Friday, taking on its third straight Mid-American Conference foe, facing Miami Ohio in the Pittsburgh Thanksgiving Tournament. Tip is set for 3 p.m.
On Saturday, Marshall will take on either Pitt or Appalachian State.
Charleston Southern 95, Bluefield 55
CHARLESTON, S.C. — Katie Tull scored 23 points, Kelsey Wasmer and Helen Terry added 16 each and Charleston Southern easily handled Bluefield College 95-55 in an exhibition game on Tuesday.
Lakeitha Alson added 11 points for the Buccaneers. Ali Schwagmeyer grabbed 11 rebounds to go wtih nine points and LeChell Rush contributed 10 rebounds.
Kia Gilliard led Bluefield College with 14 points and seven rebounds and Takieya Rouse added 10 points.

Stanford 57, Virginia 52
CANCUN, Mexico — Landry Fields had a double double with 25 points and 13 rebounds and Jeremy Green added 10 as Stanford topped Virginia 57-52 Tuesday night in the Cancun Challenge.
Jeff Jones led the Cavaliers with 17 points and Sylven Landesberg added 16.
Mike Scott topped Virginia on the boards with nine rebounds and Jerome Meyinsse contributed eight.
