BLUEFIELD, Va. — The Bluefield Virginia Youth Basketball League is currently taking registration forms for the 2009-10 season. The fee is $25 per child. If more than one child, it is $15 for the second child, and $10 for any additional entrants. There are six age divisions, including junior pee wee (5-7), senior pee wee (8-9), midget boys (10-12), midget girls (10-12), senior girls (13-17) and senior boys (13-17). Registration deadline is Oct. 30. No late signups will be accepted after the Nov. 7 draft.
