NARROWS, Va. — Brian Belcher scorched the nets for 28 points and the James Monroe defense held Narrows to 13 points or less in each quarter Monday night, as the Mavericks beat the Green Wave 81-40. Travis Martin added 19 points and Tyler Franklin chipped in 11.
Alex Taylor was Narrows’ top scorer with nine points.
The Green Wave’s next game is Wednesday at Bland against the Bears.
