SHAWSVILLE, Va. —
Asher Dillow scored 20 points and Chase Hankins added 18 to lead the Bears to a 57-53 win over Eastern Montgomery.
Bland County (7-1), which won its seventh straight game, also received nine points from John Miller.
Eastern Montgomery was paced by J.T. Shrader with 19 points and 17 from Kellen Campbell.
The Bears will visit Floyd County on Thursday. The Buffaloes defeated Bland County in the season opener on Nov. 27.

BALLARD — Josh Deskins scored 27 points and Pipestem Christian lost for the first time this season to Ballard Christian.
Dalton Lankford added 14 points for Ballard, while Ray Spencer tossed in 12.
Austin Peyton led Pipestem Christian (7-1) with 20 points, while Zayne Worley tossed in 15. Aleks Lane set out the game with an injured shoulder.
Pipestem Christian will host an invitational tournament beginning on Jan. 3.
