BLUEFIELD – Another dilapidated building in Bluefield is coming down.
Workers with Empire Salvage started demolishing a three-story brick structure this morning at 300 Roanoke Street. The building, owned by Watt’s Transformer, Inc., was in very poor condition, said City Manager Jim Ferguson.
“It is always good news to see a property owner take proactive action in removing a blighted property” Ferguson said.
