A McDowell County man was arrested this afternoon following a joint investigation of a meth lab by the McDowell County Sheriff’s Department and the Southern Regional Drug and Violent Crimes Task Force.
Greer Orell, 20, of the Warriormine area, was arrested on charges of operation of a methamphetamine lab, according to McDowell County Sheriff Martin West.
Orell is presently being held at the McDowell County Jail on a $25,000 bond issued by Magistrate Steve Cox, West said.
West said the incident is still under investigation.
