ELKHORN —
Emergency responders with Widener’s Ambulance Service transported two victims from a truck versus personal vehicle wreck this morning at the foot of Tank Hill on U.S Route 52 in Elkhorn. The crash happened at about 8 a.m., according to an emergency dispatcher.
Trooper B.J. Garretson of the Welch Detachment of the West Virginia State Police was on scene this morning.
