BLUEFIELD —
A person who robbed a Bluefield business today may face felony charges for stealing $2 in cash.
Mercer County 911 was notified approximately 5:30 p.m. about an armed robbery at Moni’s House of Tint at 1000 Princeton Avenue in Bluefield. An individual described as a black male all dressed in black entered the business with a handgun, gave one employee a bag and demanded money. The clerk gave him $2 in cash, all the money that was available, said Officer N.J.W. Allen of the Bluefield Police Department.
The case is under investigation.
