Law enforcement and emergency personnel are on the scene of a fatal single-vehicle accident off Route 102 at Nemours.
The driver apparently left the road, went over a small embankment and struck a tree in the yard of a home belonging to Bill and Audeam Crawford.
Troopers with the West Virginia State Police are investigating the accident, as members of the Bluefield Rescue Squad extricate the victim from the wreckage.
