AFTERNOON UPDATE - Shott Foundation makes $500,000 donation
BLUEFIELD, Va. – The Hugh I. Shott, Jr. Foundation presented $500,000 today to a project that will bring new athletic facilities to Graham High School and the town of Bluefield, Va.
Today’s presentation at GHS was part of a $1 million grant made to the effort to build two new gynasiums behind the school, said R.W. “Buz” Wilkinson, the foundation’s president.
