BLUEFIELD — City officials are still looking to expand Bluefield’s broadband connections.
The Bluefield Board of Directors are scheduled to vote this evening on the first reading of an ordinance authorizing the city to execute a franchise agreement granting Kentucky Data Link, Inc. , the use of the city rights of-way for the purpose of installing, using, and the operation of a fiber optic network.
The meeting starts at 7:30 p.m.
