BLUEFIELD – Electricity will be shut off temporarily for two brief periods of time Thursday at four locations along Bluefield Avenue.
Both the morning and afternoon shut downs are being done so crews can performance maintenance work on underground power lines. Only four locations, one of them the Bluefield Daily Telegraph, will lose electricity for 30 to 45 minutes.
