PRINCETON – A trial for a Bluefield man facing a charge of first-degree murder has been postponed until February 2010.
Dennis Lamar Sampson Jr., 21, was arrested in May after the shooting death of Kerri Lynn Hager, 30, of Bluefield. Sampson appeared today before Judge William Sadler for a pre-trial hearing.
Sampson’s trial was continued until Feb. 2, 2010. He is being held without bond at the Southern Regional Jail near Beckley.
