POCAHONTAS, Va. — The Tazewell County Recreational & Parks Authority is taking the next step in the process of developing trails for all-terrain vehicle use in the Pocahontas area, by requesting proposals for consulting services for the development of an ATV trail in the Pocahontas/Boissevain area of Tazewell County.
“I’ve told our people that I’d like to have a trail ready by next summer,” Tazewell County Administrator Jim Spencer said. “The people in Pocahontas are trying to stimulate their economy. We need to help them if we can.”
