PRINCETON – A jury survey will be conducted before a circuit judge rules whether to change the trial venue of a Mercer County man facing two charges of first-degree murder.
Terry Allen Blevins, 24, of Princeton was arrested in August 2008 after the deaths of James Barton Jr., 74, and his wife Delores, 74, at their Route 19 home. Judge Derek Swope said today that a jury survey would be conducted Nov. 12 before he rules whether to grant a change of venue.
