GRUNDY, Va. —
A Buchanan County man has been sentenced to more than 20 years in prison for distribution of controlled substances and violating probation.
Michael Allen Keen, 54, of Maxie, Va. was sentenced to 22 years in prison. He had previously pleaded guilty to distribution of hydrocodone on two separate dates in June and July 2011, according to a statement by Commonwealth’s Attorney Gerald Arrington released this morning.
Keen received a total sentence of 22 years in prison and must serve seven years of this sentence behind bars before he is released to complete seven years of supervised probation as a condition of his suspended sentence.
