BRADSHAW — The new Bradshaw Elementary opened this morning to youngsters in McDowell County.
Besides a few “transportation bumps in the road,” day one at the new multi-million dollar school went well, McDowell County School Superintendent Suzette Cook said.
“It seemed to go really, really well,” Cook said. “The different teachers are taking their kids on a tour of the building, and that sort of thing. So they are all getting settled in real nicely.”
