Four Greenbrier County residents have been arrested by the Lewisburg Police Department on felony drug charges, Chief Tim Stover confirms.
Justin Alex Taylor, 30, and Ronald Allen Koehler 19, both of Rainelle, were arrested July 14, and are facing one count each of attempt to acquire a controlled substance by fraud. Taylor was also charged with carrying a concealed weapon, Stover reported.
Both men have since had preliminary hearings and the cases will be presented to a grand jury.
On Aug. 2, two more residents were arrested, Stover added.
John C. Muth, 35, and Talina J. Muth, 32, both of Crawley, were each charged with one count of attempt to acquire a controlled substance by fraud, Stover explained.
The duo were remanded to Southern Regional Jail each in lieu of $15,000 bond.
Stover said the investigation will continue and more arrests are anticipated. Cpls. D.B. Eggleston, J.A. Vance and Ptlm. D.E. Rexford are leading the investigative efforts.
